With support from Green Industries SA, Distillers SA have launched their Introduction to sustainability in distilling training modules.

The distillery sector in South Australia is vibrant and growing, with more than 100 spirit producers contributing significantly to the state’s economy – and many of these producers already embracing sustainable practices.

The resources developed through this project will serve as a pathway for the distilling industry to continue growing and improving in the sustainability space, working towards a circular economy for South Australia.

View and download the free training modules on the Distillers SA website.

This project was supported through GISA’s Lead-Educate-Assist-Promote grant funding, delivered by the agency’s Business Sustainability Program.

The LEAP grants provide funding to industry associations, peak industry bodies, registered business groups and organisations to support project and improvements that will drive resource efficiency and sustainability.
