Funding for Green Industries SA’s programs comes from the solid waste levy, collected under the Fees and Levies regulations of the Environment Protection Act 1993. The Environment Protection Authority collects the levy of which 50% is paid into the Green Industry Fund as set out in the Green Industries SA Act 2004.
